NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS
JOINT CAMPUS COUNCIL, OSUN AXIS.

The Senate sitting of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Osun Axis Leadership commenced at 4:00 pm, with 7 out of 8 SUG Presidents in attendance.
The meeting aimed to address pressing issues affecting students in Osun State.
_Agenda Item 1: Implications of Unrest Atmosphere in Osun State_
The first agenda item focused on the ongoing unrest atmosphere in Osun State and its implications on the student community. Each of the 7 SUG Presidents in attendance gave a report on the situation in their respective campuses. Fortunately, all reports indicated that the situation is under control, with no major incidents reported.
_Agenda Item 2: Review of Press Releases by the State Governor_
The State Governor, press release regarding the unrest atmosphere in Osun State. The attendees discussed the content of the releases and it implications on the student community.
_Agenda Item 3: Movement to NANS National Convention in Abuja_
The Nans Osun Chairman gives report from the Axis leadership meeting held on Sunday 16 Feb about the movement and preparation, which after attendees deliberated on the logistics and preparations for the convention, including transportation, accommodation, and representation.
After thorough discussions and deliberations, the Senate sitting came to a close at 6:16 pm. The attendees resolved to work together to address the challenges facing students in Osun State and to ensure a successful representation at the NANS National Convention in Abuja.

Also, we had in attendance Com. Olutunde Aboke [O'Destiny], Gen Sec, NANS Zone D, Com. Salahudeen Abeebullahi (Dah_Legacy) Aspirant, NANS VP External, Com. Azeez Tajudeen A, (HONOURABLE), DCoS, NANS ZD, Com. Bamidele Quadri, IP SU President, OSSCE Ila-Orangun and many others significant stakeholders and student Leaders within the Axis.
