Track Inspiration
The song's narrative is inspired by a deeply personal experience. The subject, my former partner and mother of my child, would often leave me during financially challenging times, abandoning me when I needed her most. The most painful departure was when she left following the loss of my mother, a period of immense grief and vulnerability.
The emotions that followed her decision to move on to another man became the catalyst for this track. Notably, the song wasn't crafted as a deliberate composition, but rather as an organic expression of my feelings, a raw and honest reflection of heartache and introspection.
