Accord Party candidate for Oriade/Obokun Federal Constituency, Pelumi Olajengbesi, has extended a support of N1,000,000 to a young school proprietor and Erin-Ijesa indigene, Miss Dominion Seun Olufolajimi, whose school in Osogbo was completely ravaged by the recent flood.
Miss Olufolajimi, who presented a rebuilding budget of N860,000, reached out for support to restart her school, which serves children in the state capital.
Olajengbesi said the intervention was beyond charity, but a test of leadership and empathy, noting that leaders must share in the worries of their people and provide succor when small businesses that impact others are affected.
He added that his campaign remains committed to helping young people own sustainable businesses and supporting them in times of crisis.
